Golden Ticket Prize Draw
A chance for residents and Community Groups to be rewarded for their recycling efforts
In partnership with the London Boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Lambeth, Wandsworth and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the Western Riverside Waste Authority (WRWA) has relaunched its Golden Ticket prize draws, giving all residents the chance to be rewarded for their recycling efforts.
WRWA handles all the waste and recycling for these four London Boroughs at their site in Wandsworth, sorts the recycling into material type and then sends it off to be recycled. The fifth prize draw took place on 16 December 2016 with lucky residents winning either £500 or £250. A second draw will take place on 24 March 2017.
The £500 winner will also get to nominate a local community group to win a £2,500 community reward.
To be in with a chance of winning a Cash Prize all you need to do is fill out the contact details on the front of a Golden Ticket and pop it into your clear recycling sack or communal recycling bank with only the clean and dry items detailed here.
You can submit a Golden Ticket each time you fill a recycling bag or visit your communal recycling bank. So the more you recycle, the more chance we will have of finding your ticket.
Golden Tickets found with the correct recycling items at the recycling plant will be entered into a draw.
If you need more Golden Tickets please feel free to print your own by clicking here, or you can pick them up from one of many locations within your borough (Wandsworth, Lambeth, Hammersmith and Fulham or Kensington and Chelsea).
