Following  yesterday’s announcement by Buckingham Palace of the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, the Chair of Western Riverside Waste Authority has issued the following statement:

 “On behalf of Western Riverside Waste Authority, I would like to express my condolences to the Royal Family at this very sad time and to express our heartfelt thanks for Her Majesty’s outstanding service to the country over the last seventy years.”
