Online talks and workshops

Online tours for those living in Lambeth, Wandsworth, K&C, H&F:

• Want to see what happens to your waste and recycling at Smugglers Way? Take an online tour with one of our Education Officers.
• The Education Officer will do a live, short talk and show you around the site via video footage. You will see where your recycling gets sorted and ready to be transported to the recycling factories and you can learn what can and can’t be recycled.
• You will also see how your general waste is dealt with on its journey to the Energy From Waste plant.
• There will be an opportunity to ask questions during and at the end of the tour.
• For adult tours there will be a maximum of 20 people and the online tour will use Zoom and will last about 30 min including Q&A’s.

• For Colleges/Universities, please contact education@wrwa.gov.uk,  to make arrangements for a online tour.

If you already have a Residents group of 5-20 people please email us to book a session for your group.
